What causes food to stick to your knives while cutting?
The lack of air between the food and the knife blade causes a vacuum creating suction making the knife blade a surface food wouldget stuck to.
By creating a continuous groove on the blade, we created a continuous airflow between the surface of the blade and the foodbeing cut.
This airflow allows a natural release of food while cutting.
