With the inserts included in the scope of delivery, you can easily decide which cutting shapes you need. The slice insert enables the cutting of evenly thick or thin slices. The additional blades on the 3.5mm and 7mm knife inserts allow you to cut sticks, julienne strips and even cubes in 4 different sizes by cutting them first. After planing, replace the inserts with the safety insert so that the blades are protected under the insert.

We recommend that you use the safety food holder with every slicing operation with the mandolin to avoid injury from the blades.

The included slider box offers you space to stow your knife inserts. So that you have to use as little space as possible in your kitchen, you can simply store the stainless steel vegetable cutter, fruit holder and slide box with inserts in the practical docking station.
