Dunoon – Lomond Bone China Mug 320ml Kimono Turquoise (Made in England)

Dunoon fine bone china mugs are handcrafted in Staffordshire, England. They are produced to the highest quality using traditional methods which have been developed and refined over 3 family generations in the pottery industry.

Lomond is a smaller version of our Cairngorm shape.

It carries some very stylish and modern patterns.

This is a slightly more feminine shape than its Cairngorm parent, but just as solid and comfortable to use.

Using inspiration from Japanese fabrics, Dave has created this stunning floral design whereby pink, blue and white flowers sit atop a turquoise background all encompassed by bold areas of 22 carat gold.

After training in ceramics, David started his career as an engraving apprentice at Wedgwood in 1969, later moving into design and illustration, going freelance in 1992.

He is very much inspired by classic art and design, receiving a lot of commissions for commemorative designs such as the Queens’ Jubilee.
