Dunoon – Lomond Bone China Mug Aisha Cream (Made in England)

Dunoon fine bone china mugs are handcrafted in Staffordshire, England. They are produced to the highest quality using traditional methods which have been developed and refined over 3 family generations in the pottery industry.

Lomond is a smaller version of our Cairngorm shape. It carries some very stylish and modern patterns. This is a slightly more feminine shape than its Cairngorm parent, but just as solid and comfortable to use.

With iridescent hummingbirds hovering amongst ornate, flame-red flowers, ‘Aisha’ is a magnificent design by David Broadhurst using rich colours and finished with 22 carat gold.

After training in ceramics, David started his career as an engraving apprentice at Wedgwood in 1969, later moving into design and illustration, going freelance in 1992.

He is very much inspired by classic art and design, receiving a lot of commissions for commemorative designs such as the Queens’ Jubilee.
