Happy with purchase. I bought this for my mum but am considering buying another for myself.
Pros: it’s light in weight, smooth to pull, the tri-wheels makes going up stairs and curbs easier, the bag is spacious, it’s got a small convenient zipper compartment in the back for storing wallet and phone, a large zipper pocket which acts as a cooler in the front. It’s got a drawstring and plastic buckle for closure. Handle is spongey soft. Wheels are designed to be removable for space saving. The bag is securely fastened using velcro at three points: on the top horizontal frame, a second horizontal bar 2/3 down and on the base at the front below the front cooler pocket. Bag doesn’t move around. The grey fabric is nice and stylish. Height of handle is standard like a baby stroller. For storage, the frame can be flattened and shortened by holding down two red buttons on the frame and pushing down the handle (shortens by 30cm ish). The two red buttons are facing downward toward the floor. I only found it because it was red in colour. Fits in boot of hatchback car.
Cons: the inside of the bag is lined with black fabric so it’s dark and harder to see things inside. On the other hand, you won’t see the dirt and stains on the inside as much over time. Can always put newspaper at the bottom to keep it cleaner.
Wheels are not so easy to remove. I tried once but couldn’t get them off so I’ve left them on as my mum doesn’t need them removed. The wheels are made of soft rubber so it might wear out sooner than expected. The connector part of the wheels are made of plastic (not metal) so it’s not as durable but it makes the stroller light. The stroller was able to hold two sacks of rice (total 20kg).
You need essentially 3 hands to collapse the frame: 2 hands to hold down the two red buttons on each side of the frame, and one hand to push down the handle (but I used my chin instead).
I did test try the other model with single wheels and they both rolled smoothly in VB Auburn shop but I chose the tri-wheel model for ease of going up stairs and curbs. I noticed that the tri-wheel model is slightly heavier than the single wheel model but am willing to accept the extra bit of weight for the benefit of going up stairs.
