The idea comes from Ivo and his vivid memory of grandmother Emilia, of pasta flavored with country herbs: a bunch of nettles, a few sage leaves, the sprig of rosemary, and in an instant the dough would take on a different flavor, but also a different color.

Our line of colored pasta is made only with natural dyes and plays with the flavors of the earth, bringing to the plate a new-looking product that allows you to play with unexpected combinations and tastes.

Using only 100% high-quality Italian semolina, L’Antica Madia ensures a genuine and tasty pasta, free of artificial colorants and with natural ingredients.

Ingredients: Durum wheat semolina, dehydrated red beetroot 1.2%, dehydrated spinach 1%, dehydrated turmeric 0.2%.
