WA Regional – $34 FLAT RATE
NT – $39 FLAT RATE

For bulk or Oversized orders, you will be contacted by our Customer Service Team with your final freight charges.

WHICH CARRIER DO YOU USE?
All parcels are sent via Australia Post eParcel Standard delivery. Express Post delivery is available with purchase of Gift Card only.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

In the event we may need to request stock from one of our Store locations to fulfil your order, please allow a little extra time. During the Christmas and Sales/Promotional periods, there may also be slight delays. Once your order has been dispatched with Australia Post, a tracking number will be emailed to you which will state the estimated delivery timeframe.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You can either refer to tracking notification emailed to you from Australia Post or Contact Us and our Customer Service Team will be happy to provide you with the tracking number.

DO YOU DELIVER TO A PO BOX?
Yes! We can deliver to a PO Box or Australia Post Parcel Locker. If you would like your parcel delivered to your place of work, please ensure you include the Business Name.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA?
We currently deliver to Australian addresses only. International shipping coming soon.

DO YOU OFFER “CLICK AND COLLECT”?
We do not offer “Click and Collect” at this time however, please contact the store of your choice directly and our friendly Staff will be happy to assist you with availability and pick-up.
