How do I contact the Online Department Customer Service Team?
You can contact us by phone or email by clicking on the Contact Us link. Here you will find our Customer Service phone number or email address and you can also submit your message under “Have a question.”

How do I contact one of your Store locations?
Please use the Contact Us link to locate your nearest Victoria’s Basement Store. You can either contact the Store by phone or by email and one of our friendly Staff will be happy to assist you.

What payment options do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, AfterPay and Victoria’s Basement Gift Cards.

How do I register?
Simply click on Register located at the top right hand side of our Homepage and follow the prompts to create an account. By registering with us, you will be able to update your account information, view previous orders and track your parcel.

I have forgotten my password
You can re-set your password by clicking on “Log in” located at the top right hand side of our Homepage. Enter your email address then select “Forgot password.” An email will then be sent to you to re-set your password.

Can I purchase a Gift Card Online?
Victoria’s Basement Gift Cards can be purchased by clicking on the “Gift Card” link located at the top right hand side of our Home page. You will have the option to have the Gift Card posted via Express Post or emailed directly to the Recipient

An item I am interested in shows “out of stock.” Do you back order?
We do not back order however, our Customer Service Team will be happy to advise if we are able to source the item through our Stores. If available, we can arrange delivery of that item by way of a Phone Order. If we are unable to source the item, our Customer Service Team will be happy to suggest an alternative
