The idea comes from Ivo and his vivid memory of grandmother Emilia, of pasta flavored with country herbs: a bunch of nettles, a few sage leaves, the sprig of rosemary, and in an instant the dough would take on a different flavor, but also a different color.

Using only 100% high-quality Italian semolina, L’Antica Madia ensures a genuine and tasty pasta, free of artificial colorants and with natural ingredients.

Ingredients: durum wheat semolina, dehydrated turmeric 0.6%, dehydrated lemon 0.2% black pepper 0.2%, flavoring. Contains gluten. May contain traces of eggs, mollusk, soy and mustard.
