These pieces are handmade in Viscomtat a small village in the heart of the French countryside by Jean Dubost, a family owned company in their fourth generation.

Knives and teaspons are made from high grade stainless steel 1.2mm, forks and spoons from 1.5mm.

Product Care: To best care for your stainless steel dinner knives, Hand wash and hand-dry them immediately after use, a hardened steel knife blade typically has a higher carbon and chromium content for a sharper edge, tiny rust or water spots can occasionally appear.

Clean them immediately in warm, soapy water and dry them completely. Never let them air-dry or soak overnight, as residual salts and acids will cause corrosion.

Forks, Spoons and Serving Accessories are Dishwasher Safe however, Hand Washing will keep the lustre and shine of your Handles and keep your sets looking like new as abrasive dishwasher activity will dull all Cutlery handles.

TIP: Keep your Knives separate from all other cutlery as you wash to prevent scratching and marking.
