The brainchild of Alfonso Bialetti, in almost one hundred years of history, the Bialetti Moka has won a place in the hearts and kitchens of all Italians and not only.
Over the years, Bialetti has perfected its characteristic design, maintaining the functional and use characteristics of the Moka: the octagonal aluminium boiler, the exclusive inspectable and easy-to-clean valve, the filter and the collector that holds the essence of the coffee extraction, black, full-bodied and hot.
How to Use:
1. Start by pouring the water at room temperature into the Moka boiler and filling it up to the level of the safety valve. To avoid making your coffee too watery, do not fill it over this level.
2. Now choose your preferred ground coffee blend. Caution! The blend must be specifically ground for a Moka pot and not excessively fine. Generously fill the Moka pot’s funnel, without pressing down the coffee.
3. A little secret? Set the heat to low and take all the time necessary; it is worth waiting a few minutes longer so that you can enjoy an excellent coffee. When the coffee has completely risen into the collection chamber, turn off the heat.
4. Now for the crucial moment: tasting. To fully enjoy the aromas released, we advise you to drink the coffee as soon as it is poured into the cup.

What more can one say... it has a massive range of goods, picked up some dinner sets here great pricing. Totally would suggest here before anywhere else... good parking and good social distancing. Good job Victoria's Basement.
Big range of Kitchenware, Came in today to get some baking trays and a strainer for the kitchen, im generally here for anything kitchen related like my kitchen scales, kitchen knives, knife stones, blade straighteners, chopping boards, tea strainers and more. The range is pretty comprehensive, So its easy to find something you actually need but werent necessarily searching for at the time. Many years ago i purchased my chef knives from here and i still use thing till this day.
One of the finest places for your kitchen. You don't find cheap stuff but whatever is kept there is of really good quality. In short, value for money.
This place has heaps of stuff. If you enjoy cooking, setting up your kitchen and dining area then this place is really nice
