Setting up your Gift Registry
Registries can be set up either online or in any of our five stores, located at Artarmon, Alexandria, Auburn, QVB and Castle Hill. Your registry details will be forwarded to you by our Gift Registry team via email and will include your registry number, date of dispatch (if applicable) and your personal log in details.
You will be given four options with regard to delivery of your registry.
Please note all “Bulk Delivery” registries will be dispatched on a date chosen by you by Australia Post eParcel service. Please allow 3-5 days for delivery depending on delivery address. The registry will remain open for guests to purchase instore only, up to and inclusive of the day of event, guests to take purchases with them.
• Gift Wrapped & Bulk Delivery
Gifts purchased from registry either online or instore will be wrapped and held at Victoria’s Basement and delivered as a bulk delivery, free of any charges, by Australia Post eParcel.
• Bulk Delivery Only – Not Wrapped
Gifts purchased from registry either online or instore will be held at Victoria’s Basement and delivered as a bulk delivery, free of any charges, by Australia Post eParcel.
• Gift Wrapped & Bulk Pick Up Instore
Gifts purchased from registry either online or instore will be wrapped and held as a Bulk Pick Up from designated store chosen by bride/recipient. Free of any charges.
• Gifts to be Taken
No Delivery. Gifts to be purchased from any one of our five stores and taken home at time of purchase.
Any orders placed online and guest request delivery to them personally, will be charged a freight according to delivery address.
You will receive a printout of all items purchased from your registry included in your delivery with guests names referenced to the gift purchased.
Adding items to your Gift Registry
You are able to add items to your registry as you wish, however, if you wish to delete any items from your registry please contact us either by phone or email stating the items you request to be removed.
Out of Stock – Adding to your Gift Registry
If an item is showing as “out of stock” on our website at the time you are setting up your registry please phone or email our Gift Registry team who can try to source the item/s for you.
Out of Stock at Time of Delivery
Occasionally, in the time between you setting up your registry and the time of your guests purchasing from your registry, we may run out of a particular item/s you have added. We will do our best to source the item/s that are showing out of stock. If however, the item purchased still remains out of stock at the time of delivery, then a Gift Card will be issued for the monetary value of the original gift ordered.
Bridal Registry Return Policy
We are happy to exchange any item purchased from your registry, as long as the item is returned in its original condition and packaging. A credit note will be issued for the monetary value of the item returned, if an exchange cannot be fulfilled on the day of return.
Warranty on Gift Registries
We recommend you thoroughly check all your gifts once delivered and contact us within 48 hours with any issues that arise. Please keep your Bridal Registry delivery list as this will act as proof of purchase for any warranty claims in the future.

REGISTRY option in the ‘surname’ box enter the surname of the Bride or Groom and
change the ‘Date’ to the Month of the event and the registry will appear.
You will then need to click ‘View Registry’ to look through the items selected.
When guests purchase from a registry they need to enter their address in the Billing and Delivery section as orders made online are flagged in our system with delivery terms requested by the Bride and Groom.
If guests choose to shop instore they will need to provide staff with the Gift Registry number and they will be given a printout of the list of items on the registry.
Bulk Delivery or Gifts Taken
When setting up their registry the bride/recipient will have the choice as to whether she would like to have her registry “Bulk Delivered” or “Gifts to be Taken” by guests.
If ”Bulk Delivery” is chosen there are no freight charges.
If “Gifts to be Taken” is chosen guests may purchase from any of our five stores and gifts taken home at time of purchase. If guests choose to purchase online or instore and have the gift delivered to themselves personally, a freight charge will apply according to delivery address.
Out of Stock Item at the time of Delivery
Occasionally in the time between you setting up your registry and the time you purchase from the gift registry, we may run out of stock of a particular item/s. We will do our utmost to source the item/s showing out of stock from our other stores, if however the item still remains out of stock at the time of delivery, then a Gift Card will be issued for the monetary value of the original gift ordered on your behalf.
