Per Natura features Essteele’s own “green” plant-based non-stick coating, which is ultra-resistant to acidic foods such as salt and tomatoes, and contains no PFOAs, nickel, lead or heavy metals.

It lasts twice as long as traditional coatings and is extremely easy to clean, and features a stunning metallic gradient on the interior.
