Ideal for creating the finishing touch to a variety of dishes and desserts such as caramelising sugar toppings on créme brulee and tarte tatin, browning meringues, crisping joints of meat, skinning eggplant and capsicum, melting cheese and general food styling.
The torch has an automatic trigger ignition making it easy to use.
With safety in mind the torch features an adjustable anti-flare flame that works at all angles and comes with a detachable stand.

USE & CARE
Turn the gas ON/OFF knob on top counterclockwise to release the gas.
Press the red trigger to ignite the torch
To adjust the flame, turn the gas ON/OFF knob clockwise to decrease the flame or counterclockwise to increase the flame strength.
To extinguish the flame, turn the gas ON/OFF knob completely clockwise.
