Ferrara Frypans by Ballarini feature a non-stick, mineral stone granitium internal and external coating for extreme durability

Double layer hardening materials providing the Extreme Granitium coating with exceptional scratch and wear resistance

Middle layer with diffused resistance, reinforcement structure with high mineral content

Anchor layer, aluminium body (4mm), stainless protective external layer, Ssteel/aluminium two-ply base

Thermopoint heat indicator on the handle of the fry pan shows when the pan has reached the perfect cooking temperature: Red means the pan is ready/Green means the pan is safe to touch and wash

Withstands temperatures of up to 250°C when grilling and 160°C when cooking in the oven

Free of PFOA, heavy metals and nickel

Features:

  • Suitable for gas, electric, radiant rings and plates and induction cooktops
  • Dishwasher safe, non-stick coating is easy to clean
