This 100% Australian Blue Gum Honey – lovingly made by the locals – is one of the most sought after honeys in Australia. Light amber in colour, with an easily-recognised mild but distinctive flavour.

Our family has been farming for generations and what we don’t grow ourselves, we source from our extended family of Australian farmers and friends. Like the delicious honey in this jar, harvested by clever bees from native Blue Gum Trees.
