Only used this once, so not a comprehensive account regarding longevity.
However, performed very well using electric stovetop. Hand-washing of pan and lid very easy too.
We plan on some oven use for this pan too, thus part of our reason for choosing it.
Majority of my review is for Victoria’s Basement — the best shopping experience and packing for transit we’ve experienced. Additionally, the Blue Diamond people used masterful packaging of their pan and lid, ensuring everything was 100% intact.
