Flat rice noodles are used in many Asian soups. Our flat rice noodles can be used as a gluten free option in place of the fresh rice noodles.

Storage Instructions: Store in a cool, dry place
Ingredients: Rice (60%), Tapioca, Water, Tapioca Starch, Salt.
Preparation:
FOR SOUPS:
Cook Flat Rice Noodles in rapid boiling water for 3 minutes or until al dente.
Drain, then rinse well under cold water. Separate the Flat Rice Noodles into piles for better aeration.
The Flat Rice Noodles are now ready to be served with your favourite soup.
FOR STIR FRY:
Soak Flat Rice Noodles in hot water for 5 minutes before being added to your Stir Fry.
