Storage Instructions: Store in a cool, dry place

Ingredients: Rice (60%), Tapioca, Water, Tapioca Starch, Salt, Turmeric Powder (0.05%) 

Preparation:

Boil some hot water in a medium size pot.

When the water is boiled, place the Turmeric Flat Rice Noodles into the hot water.

Boil the Turmeric Flat Rice Noodles for 3 minutes or until al dente.

Drain the water using a colander.

Rinse the Turmeric Flat Rice under cold water before serving.

The Turmeric Flat Rice is now ready to be eaten with your favourite soup.
