Ottolenghi – Black Garlic & Scotch Bonnet Marinade 270g
A friendship of opposites – black garlic and scotch bonnet. The fermented garlic softens the chilli’s kick, creating a gentle sweetness and some spicy warmth. Brush it over aubergines before they hit the grill. Coat chicken thighs before roasting. Stir through vegetables as they cook.
Ingredients: fried onions, sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil , date molasses, cane sugar, cane molasses, concentrated tomato, black garlic paste, yellow scotch bonnet chilli, salt, balsamic vinegar of Modena (wine vinegar, cooked grape must), cumin, coriander, acidity regulator: citric acid.
Storage Conditions
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 4 weeks.
